Sorrento Lemon
Also known as Santa Teressa Feminello or Amalfi. These Italian lemons are a variety of shapes and sizes with a high oil content and sharp, sour taste. They are perfect for zest in any recipe and widely known as the best lemon to make limoncello with!

Meyer Lemon
Meyer lemons are a sweeter variety of lemon best used for lemonade or mixed with bourbon and ice, Linda's favorite!
With softer, smoother skin this lemon is harder to zest but provides a much more subtle lemon flavor perfect to accent dishes with dill or a variety of mixed drinks.
